General:   Resolved an issue that caused some captains to have multiple ships active at the same time.  Resolved an issue that prevented the fleet project "Ongoing Research Projects II" from accepting Duty Officers directly from contributing captains.  Improved the placement of the firing nodes on the Galor and Keldon-class ships.  Moved the forward top turret node on the nebula to the forward dorsal saucer phaser array.  Moved the outer cannon nodes on the Nebula to be on the dorsal phaser array.  Fixed the navigation lights on the Maquis Raider so that they are on the correct sides (red on the left, green on the right).  Aligned the fire spouts on the Fek'Ihri Gok'Tad Carrier so they are all at the same angle while at full impulse.  Corrected the position of the navigation light on the right wing of the Romulan Melponar Warbird.
