Enterprise, but it was destroyed when the lifeform became obsessive and attacked her friends. From October 12th at 8am PT to November 2nd at 12pm PT on all platforms, new Dominion captains will be known as Gamma Recruits, and they will be bred with the knowledge and capability needed to defeat this threat, save the Dominion, and ensure its future dominance over the Gamma Quadrant. As with previous recruitment events, the Gamma Recruitment Event represents an unprecedented opportunity for getting a leg-up on progression. Not only do Gamma Recruits themselves benefit from additional rewarding tasks while the event is active, but they will also be capable of earning additional account-wide rewards for all characters on the Gamma Recruit’s account. While Jem’Hadar characters already begin their career at Level 60, Gamma Recruits are offered further opportunity to rapidly close the gap that exists between new characters and characters that have been in Star Trek Online for years. Recruitment events like this one are very new-player friendly, helping them get up to speed quickly, making it the perfect time to join the community of Star Trek Online. Gamma Recruits will find out quickly that they have been selected to participate in a series of special operations. These will help to prepare for combating the Hur’q threat, and operating alongside new allies from the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. Their handlers within the Dominion will issue a special Transponder device, allowing a new UI element to be accessed which will display these additional objectives. Completing these goals will see the Gamma Recruit rewarded with Reputation Marks, Energy Credits, Dilithium, Expertise, and other rewards specifically designed to offer additional aid to Jem’Hadar characters starting the game at high level. Similar rewards will also be earned that may be used by all characters on the same account. A few specific unique rewards will also be available only via the Gamma Recruit system. General:  Resolved an issue in the Guillotine Task Force Operation where Escaping Assimilators were not giving credit if they were killed during their spawn in.  Resolved an issue that prevented some captains from receiving all rewards on the replay of the “Taken by Surprise”.  Resolved an issue with the Universal Kit Frame - Tricorder (Protostar) that caused it to be given with Account Bind on Pickup instead of Account Bind on Equip.  Resolved an issue with the episode “Temporal Ambassador” that sometimes causes one of the enemy ships to never die blocking progression in the episode.  Resolved an issue that prevented certain Borg ships from counting for the Personal Endeavor: (Space) Kill Borg Ships.  Resolved an issue that could cause the Klingon Honor Guard set to show an extra icon.  Resolved an issue that prevented Innovation powers from appearing on Miracle Worker ships.    Known Issues:  Infected: The Conduit Task Force Operation currently has an issue where sometimes the shields on the Nanite Generators and Transformers would prematurely drop before the initial Borg Fleet was defeated, blocking progression. To avoid this bug, make sure to kill the entire initial Borg Fleet before attacking Generators and Transformers.  Currently there is an issue that causes traits, slotted in the new T6-X2 bonus slot, to not be saved when saving a loadout.  

The new Multiverse saga really kicks it up a notch after the events in “Wish Upon a Star” where a tear in reality formed after the use of a Reality Vortex by the Tholians. Although the vortex was closed, a new and larger threat emerges. During the events of both our new episode “Taken by Surprise” and new Task Force Operation “Resistance of Starbase 1” in Incursion, you and your allies must team together to stop an incursion of Borg from another universe at Starbase 1 where a Reality Vortex has appeared. Also, in the brand-new 5 Captain Space Task Force Operation “Guillotine”, Borg from another universe are attempting to form a beach head through trans dimensional vortices opening up across multiple systems. You will fight them off in one of 5 different locations randomly picked when beginning the Task Force Operation. Join Captain Harry Kim, Captain Kuumaarke, and Commander Erin Macdonald to stop this new and very dangerous Borg threat! In addition to this, you will be able to upgrade your ship even further from T6-X to T6-X2 to fight off this Borg menace. This is a lock box based on the Star Trek: Prodigy animated show. Captains opening the Prodigy Lock Box may find themselves fortunate enough to win the Protostar Science Spearhead.
