Picard Uniforms and More in Mudd's!
My dear, dear friends. Do you ever feel that twinge of nostalgia? The longing for better days, left behind us? How about the days of, oh, ten years ago? My associates -bzzt- and I have acquired a stock of Federation uniforms from that glorious year of 2399, just so you can feel that glory again! But if that's not to your liking, perhaps you long for the fiery pits of hell itself? Fear not, my friends, while the Gok'tad Carrier may have been created by demons, she will now be crewed by you! All of this will protect you against any threat, even those nasty Mycelial Rifts that were popping up just a short while ago. But if you prefer to make those Rifts, don't let us stop you. Let us sell you that ability! Ha ha ha, I do so enjoy getting to converse with my friends. Mudd is bringing three new items to his store later this week on PC! Head to the Mudd's Market tab in the Zen Store to acquire the Starfleet 2399 Uniform, the Fek'ihri Gok'tad Carrier, or the Imperial Rift Space Set! These items, and everything else in the Market save bundles, will be on sale for 75% off from October 20th at 8am PT to October 26th at 10am PT! Grab these items while they're on a deep discount. .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/d7/af/d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } .share-footer .TI { background-position: 0 20%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .TW { background-position: 0 60%; } .share-footer .FO { background-position: 0 80%; } .FB:hover { background-position: 100% 0%; } .TI:hover { background-position: 100% 20%; } .YT:hover { background-position: 100% 40%; } .TW:hover { background-position: 100% 60%; } .FO:hover { background-position: 100% 80%; } .share-footer a:hover { opacity: 1; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } $(document).ready( function() { $('.show-lightbox').click(function() { var $el = $(this); var link = $el.data().lightbox; $.colorbox({href: link, maxWidth: '90%', maxHeight: '90%', scalePhotos: true}); }); }); .headerimage { border: 2px inset rgba(255, 255, 255, .05); border-radius: 2em; box-shadow: 5px 5px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .3); -webkit-transition: all 500ms ease; -moz-transition: all 500ms ease; -ms-transition: all 500ms ease; -o-transition: all 500ms ease; transition: all 500ms ease; }Quelle: /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11528503-picard-uniforms-and-more-in-mudd%27s%21

Command the Farragut!
The Infinity Lock Box will soon be updated with the addition of items found in a previous Lock Box, as well as an all-new Starship! Starting on October 13th, 2022, players on PC and Console will see prizes previously found as part of the Discovery: Far From Home Lock Box appearing within the Infinity Lock Box. Simultaneously with these additions, we are also adding the chance to obtain and captain the Farragut Temporal Cruiser (T6). This nimble little workhorse earned a place in Starfleet history by acting as the first deep space assignment of the famous (and some might say, infamous) James T. Kirk. On-screen, the U.S.S. Farragut and its crew also played a pivotal role in the Season One finale of Strange New Worlds: “A Quality of Mercy.” Continue reading further on for the full details on this new starship offering! Farragut Temporal Cruiser [T6] This ship class bears the name of a noteworthy naval officer from pre-warp Earth who was famous for his courage and bravado, even though some claim it to have bordered on recklessness. Starships bearing the time-honored moniker of Farragut have been part of Starfleet since the early days of the Federation, gracing the hull nameplates of various classes, with this mid-23rd century design standing out as perhaps its most distinct namesake. This ship comes with a Commander Engineering / Temporal Operative Specialist Bridge Officer Seat, and a Lt Commander Universal / Pilot Specialist Bridge Officer Seat. High yield explosive devices like this one are only used on rare occasions however, as the explosive force is considered overkill in most situations. A similar device was famously used by the U.S.S. Enterprise, under the command of Captain James T. Kirk, to defeat an otherwise implacable and insatiable entity that took the form of a vampiric cloud to prey upon the crew. This console additionally provides a passive bonus to Starship Projectile Weapon Training, and Critical Severity with Projectile Weapons. This console may be equipped on any ship in any console slot. This console mod may be used on any starship, in any console slot. Only one of these consoles may be equipped on a ship at a time. The Fall of the Old Ones!
The extragalactic beings known as the Old Ones are back, and in big trouble! Supernatural forces have invaded their mysterious castle and taken several of the strange visitors from another galaxy prisoner. Their goal to gain possession of a powerful device known as -- the Transmuter! Yes, the time for spooky adventure has returned - it's time for STO's Halloween Event! This three-week event, from October 13th at 8am PT to November 3rd at 11am PT, has been expanded to include two new Patrols, in addition to “Cat’s Tale,” the Task Force Operation from the previous event. Heed my words! Where “Cat’s Tale” is a group effort, the Halloween Patrols are meant to test a single Captain’s mettle! Are you prepared to boldly go within the walls of Castle Pyris, there to face the terrible creatures that prowl within its shadowy depths? Event Progress Participating in this event grants daily progress towards the Grand Prize: Sylvia's Feline Charm and the Transmorphic Containment Universal Console. Additionally, the first character on your account that claims this reward will also receive 25,000 Dilithium Ore, and 3 Featured Episode Reward Boxes. Obtaining the Grand Prize requires 14 daily progress. Captains can earn one daily progress per account per day by playing the brand-new Patrols “Skeleton Crew” and “Witches Brew”, along with the Halloween Task Force Operation “Cat's Tale”! Once Captains have obtained 14 daily progress on their account, they can claim the Grand Prize. After that, the event will still be playable, granting a scaling Dilithium reward that begins at 8,000 Dilithium Ore and scales by 1,000 Dilithium Ore for every day you participate in the event, up to a cap of 50,000 Dilithium Ore per day. Captains will also have the option to purchase their remaining progress in the event with Zen. The price for this buyout will prorate, based on the amount of progress a Captain has completed. Sylvia's Feline Charm By the power of the Old Ones and their unique Sympathetic Magic, many transformations are possible. Sylvia's Feline Transmorphic Charm is an item imbued with the Sympathetic Magic of the Old Ones. Activating this unique equipment item turns you into a Transmorphic Cat. Having this item in your Backpack allows activation without needing a Kit or Device Slot. This transformation is removed when entering Combat. Console - Universal - Transphasic Containment This Console's active ability utilizes the magic of the Old One to encase your Foes by means of Transmorphic Containment, immobilizing them and giving Fire Damage. Equipping this console also grants you a bonus to Starship Control Experitise, Flight Turn Rate, and Auxiliary Power. This is a special event for the month of October and is not part of an Event Campaign. You’ll be able to try out this content on October 13th – on PC, Xbox, and Playstation! We do hope you’ll enjoy this spooky event, Captains… if you dare! .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/d7/af/d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } .share-footer .TI { background-position: 0 20%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .TW { background-position: 0 60%; } .share-footer .FO { background-position: 0 80%; } .FB:hover { background-position: 100% 0%; } .TI:hover { background-position: 100% 20%; } .YT:hover { background-position: 100% 40%; } .TW:hover { background-position: 100% 60%; } .FO:hover { background-position: 100% 80%; } .share-footer a:hover { opacity: 1; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } $(document).ready( function() { $('.show-lightbox').click(function() { var $el = $(this); var link = $el.data().lightbox; $.colorbox({href: link, maxWidth: '90%', maxHeight: '90%', scalePhotos: true}); }); }); .headerimage { border: 2px inset rgba(255, 255, 255, .05); border-radius: 2em; box-shadow: 5px 5px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .3); -webkit-transition: all 500ms ease; -moz-transition: all 500ms ease; -ms-transition: all 500ms ease; -o-transition: all 500ms ease; transition: all 500ms ease; }Quelle: /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11527833-the-fall-of-the-old-ones%21

This in turn reduces the amount of Dilithium that must be spent to reach each Upgrade threshold, allowing Captains additional chances to attain both Mark and Rarity increases on their favored load outs. .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/d7/af/d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } .share-footer .TI { background-position: 0 20%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .TW { background-position: 0 60%; } .share-footer .FO { background-position: 0 80%; } .FB:hover { background-position: 100% 0%; } .TI:hover { background-position: 100% 20%; } .YT:hover { background-position: 100% 40%; } .TW:hover { background-position: 100% 60%; } .FO:hover { background-position: 100% 80%; } .share-footer a:hover { opacity: 1; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } $(document).ready( function() { $('.show-lightbox').click(function() { var $el = $(this); var link = $el.data().lightbox; $.colorbox({href: link, maxWidth: '90%', maxHeight: '90%', scalePhotos: true}); }); }); .headerimage { border: 2px inset rgba(255, 255, 255, .05); border-radius: 2em; box-shadow: 5px 5px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .3); -webkit-transition: all 500ms ease; -moz-transition: all 500ms ease; -ms-transition: all 500ms ease; -o-transition: all 500ms ease; transition: all 500ms ease; }Quelle: /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11527073-upgrade-weekend%21

Star Trek: Fleet Week!
All hands to your stations, senior officers to the bridge! Cryptic Studios’ Star Trek Online, alongside Modiphius’ Star Trek Adventures, in partnership with the Streampunks, are excited to announce STAR TREK FLEET WEEK! Beginning October 10 and ending October 15, FLEET WEEK is celebration of the starships that take us boldly into the final frontier. In this new era of Star Trek, starships are constantly joining the armada with more appearing in every new TV show, film, comic, book, tabletop game, and video game. But the starships of Star Trek are more than mere vehicles. Through them, our heroes chart strange new worlds, build communities, and explore the human condition. Like their crews, the audience comes to know the ships of Star Trek as characters themselves. These starships are homes, they are protectors, and they are companions. For decades fans have discussed, dissected, designed, and depicted Star Trek starships. For over half a century, the starships of Star Trek have inspired scientists, artists, and even politicians to imagine a hopeful future for humanity. STAR TREK FLEET WEEK, an event dedicated to these majestic starships, will begin on Monday, October 10 and culminate with Admiralty Day on October 15, a day full of panels packed with experts and Star Trek Veterans excited to celebrate and discuss Star Trek and its starships: how they look, how they work, and what makes them so special. Join us live atQuelle: once FLEET WEEK is underway! We’ll be announcing details soon so stay tuned for more info about our panels and guests. Until then, save the date and set a course for FLEET WEEK! All Times Pacific The week kicks off with a series of livestreams and panels from Star Trek content creators! TheDarkMomConsortium Fleet Week Stream Monday, 10/10, 4pm FLEET WEEK kicks off with a community livestream hosted by @thedarkmomconsortium, a livestream production of the STO Fleet Strike Group Armada! They’ll be joined by Star Trek Online’s Associate Art Director Thomas Marrone to discuss the latest game developments and play STO with the community. The Stellar Service Tuesday 10/11, 6pm Star Trek Online’s associate Art Director leads a panel of naval veterans, intelligence analysts, and literal rocket scientists as they talk about Star Trek, Starfleet, and Starships from the perspective of people who have served, flown, and even designed complicated military equipment in the real world. Ten Forward Weekly Special FLEET WEEK edition Wednesday 10/12, 4:30pm Star Trek Online’s weekly community live stream will be back on Wednesday this week, but with some exciting new ship reveals and special guests from the STO Team. PieceXPiece Special Fleet Week Stream Thursday 10/13, 3:30pm Join STO Community streamer @PieceXPiece as they play STO, hang with their community, hold special giveaways, and celebrate the ships of Star Trek Online. KyuuContinuum Special Fleet Week Stream Friday 10/14, 4pm Join STO Community streamer @KyuuContinuum as they play STO, hang with their community, hold special giveaways, and celebrate the ships of Star Trek Online. ADMIRALTY DAY: Saturday 10/15 FLEET WEEK culminates with a day full of panels of Star Trek luminaries. These TV, film, and game veterans will come together to discuss the science and magic that brings Star Trek’s unforgettable starships to life on our screens and in our imaginations. Admiralty Day Kickoff and Blaster Beam Demonstration 10/15 11:30am Star Trek Online’s Community Manager Mike Fatum launches Admiralty Day with famed musician Craig Huxley, who will perform with his marvelous electronic instrument known as the Blaster Beam! This instrument was the “voice” of the menacing V’Ger in Star Trek: The Motion Picture and most recently in Star Trek Online’s latest update, “Asenscion.” The Science of Starships 10/15 12pm Star Trek has been a fixture of Science Fiction for over 56 years, and a key element of that staying power is the franchise’s relationship with our actual scientific understanding of the universe. Join an all-star panel led by Amy Imhoff, including Dr. Erin Macdonald, Dr. Mohamed Noor, and Rick Sternbach, to discuss the real-world science that inspires the shipwrights of the final frontier. Form and Function: The Art of Starships 10/15, 1pm Join Star Trek Online’s Community Manager Mike Fatum as he leads a discussion about the joy of designing starships with legendary Star Trek illustrator John Eaves, starship wizard Tobias Richter, STO Senior Concept Artist Hector Ortiz, and STO Associate Art Director Thomas Marrone. The Starships of Star Trek Adventures 10/15, 2pm Recently, Star Trek Adventures has published the Utopia Planitia Starfleet Sourcebook, a tome all about Federation starships. Modiphius’s April Hill hosts a roundtable featuring the authors of Utopia Planitia, including STA project manager Jim Johnson, Aaron Pollyea, Michael Dismuke, and Al Spader. Tales from the Streampunks Frontier 10/15 3pm Veterans of two shows using the Star Trek Adventures system by Modiphius, Gamemasters Eric Campbell and Aliza Pearl will join fellow Streampunks Sam de Leve and Bonnie Gordon (also the voice of the ship’s computer in Star Trek Prodigy) to discuss their storytelling experiences and adventures in the Star Trek Universe. Bringing Starships Home 10/15 4pm Star Trek Online’s Associate Art Director Thomas Marrone hosts a panel of Star Trek creators who have made it their mission to bring a bit of the Final Frontier into our homes. Thomas will be joined by Ben Robinson, formerly of Eaglemoss’ Star Trek Official Starships Collection, John Frazier of Star Trek: Unlimited, and Kavita Maharaj of Retrospect Studios. Star Trek: Picard from the Keel Out 10/15 5pm Star Trek: Picard’s second season gave us a look at Starfleet at the turn of the 25th century. We’ll conclude Fleet Week with special guests from the actual Star Trek: Picard production time for a discussion about how the Art Department, Set Design, and VFX teams worked together to bring the starships of Star Trek: Picard to life. We can't wait to see you all for Fleet Week. Set a course for the stars, and never look back! .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/d7/af/d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } .share-footer .TI { background-position: 0 20%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .TW { background-position: 0 60%; } .share-footer .FO { background-position: 0 80%; } .FB:hover { background-position: 100% 0%; } .TI:hover { background-position: 100% 20%; } .YT:hover { background-position: 100% 40%; } .TW:hover { background-position: 100% 60%; } .FO:hover { background-position: 100% 80%; } .share-footer a:hover { opacity: 1; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } $(document).ready( function() { $('.show-lightbox').click(function() { var $el = $(this); var link = $el.data().lightbox; $.colorbox({href: link, maxWidth: '90%', maxHeight: '90%', scalePhotos: true}); }); }); .headerimage { border: 2px inset rgba(255, 255, 255, .05); border-radius: 2em; box-shadow: 5px 5px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .3); -webkit-transition: all 500ms ease; -moz-transition: all 500ms ease; -ms-transition: all 500ms ease; -o-transition: all 500ms ease; transition: all 500ms ease; } /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11527153-star-trek%3A-fleet-week%21

Welcome to Ascension!
The Emperor. The Other. The threads that were began with the latest incursion from the Mirror Universe are beginning to come to a head, as Wil Wheaton steps into Star Trek Online to portray the Mirror version of his classic character, Wesley Crusher. Wielding god-like Traveler powers, and cementing his relationship with the Mirror version of V’ger, Emperor Crusher is one of the largest threats the galaxy has ever faced, and only you can stop him. Battle inside of The Other itself in the brand new Task Force Operation, Storm Chasers, and participating in that TFO is one way to progress in The Emperor’s Will event. All Captains, once per account, will receive 1 free Elite Bridge Officer Token that can be found in the Promotion Tab of the Zen Store. For more information, please visit the “Elite Bridge Officer Training!” blog at: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11525783-elite-bridge-officer-training%21 Fleet Updates: The Fleet system has been updates to include all new high quality rewards as well as general improvements to the overall experience! Your fleet transwarp to Bajor now actually goes to Bajor! Members of Klingon fleets should find it much easier to get the attention of their transporter officer for beam-out now. Fleet-specific missions now have their own section in the mission journal. Every holding now has new Tier 3 rewards, including several ultra-rare duty officers, all of the type you'd expect: Romulans from the Embassy, Voth from the Spire, time-displaced officers from K-13, miners from the dilithium mine, Krenim R&D crew from the research lab, and Lukari and Kentari from the colony world. Some of these duty officers have new features or unusual active roster abilities, while others have desirable combinations of traits! And of course, higher quality in a duty officer is always a plus. In addition, each holding at Tier 3 now has an ultra-rare admiralty ship, again themed to the holding in question. Each of these is a T6 ship card for a named version of a ship from that holding, and several have unusual special bonus powers. Resolved an issue that caused certain rare-quality Romulan Embassy bridge officers to become very rare quality when commissioned—not to worry, though, if you already have one it won't change, and there are new very rare-quality Superior Romulan Operatives at the Embassy. Updated the Federation Starbase Fleet transporter operator options to be easier to navigate. Resolved an issue that sometimes caused Klingon starbase crew to walk behind the transporter console instead of around it. For more information, please visit the “New Rewards for Fleets!” blog at: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11525303-new-rewards-for-fleets%21 General Resolved an issue with the Elite Fleet Colony "Restorative Pulse" weapon proc, which was preventing it from triggering correctly when using Mines or Targetable Torpedoes. It will now have a chance of being triggered by these firing modes at the time the projectiles are created (not when they land). The Universal Console - Hull Image Refractors has been updated to have a cap of total magnitude equal to ship's Hull Capacity instead of 20 stacks. The power damage scaling for the Universal Console - Tholian Webspinner Array has been adjusted to bring it more in line with other consoles. The Universal Console - Neutronic Eddies has been updated so that Eddies no longer stack their damage and drain with each other against the same target, but instead provide +10% damage and drain for each additional eddy; reduced the shield drain. The Universal Console - Agony Redistributer has been updated to cap the maximum amount of damage that can be transferred at 244,000. Resolved an issue that was causing the Cidarian Defender to not display Borg Attachments properly. Resolved a typo in the Personal Space Trait, “Varuvian Explosives”. New Romulus Updates: Updated New Romulus in the mission journal so you don't have to play each instance (mountain pass, overgrown caves, underground ruins) twice. Resolved an issue that asked you to "choose" a box of Romulan marks when turning in several missions, even though there was no alternative choice. Several updates to the underground ruins/power plant instance: At the end of the mission Secret of the Agents, the Tholian Captain will no longer include minions. Added an FX icon to overloading consoles so that it's easier to see where you need to go. Updated Exit button so that it doesn't appear if you are still in the process of turning in your findings to the Republic and haven't finished with the story yet. Resolved a typo in description of last geological instability. Resolved an issue that could cause Captains and Bridge Officers to take damage/die after respawning due to EV suit failing to turn on. Known Issues: There is a known issue that can sometimes cause a newly commissioned ship to display as invalid. This can be resolved by moving to a new map. Event Buyout for The Emperor's Will is currently disabled The event buyout will appear free, this is a visual bug. Clicking the button will not purchase the event.Quelle: /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11526253-pc-patch-notes-for-9%2F13%2F22

The Emperor's Will Event!
The Emperor stands revealed, and he believes no one can stand in his way. But perhaps, you can. From September 13th at 8am PT to October 13th at 10am PT, you can participate in The Emperor’s Will event. This new event will pit you against the Terran Empire in scenarios new and familiar, and give you the chance to claim an epic reward, the Terran Somerville Scout Ship [T6]. Event Progress Participating in this event grants daily progress towards the Grand Prize: The Terran Somerville Scout Ship [T6]. Obtaining the Somerville requires 20 daily progress, and Captains can earn daily progress once per account per day by playing either the new episode or Task Force Operation released this season, or any of the other episodes or Task Force Operations in the event. In total, four available missions and four available TFOs reward daily progress. They are as follows: Episode: The Calling Episode: Red Shift Episode: Blue Shift Episode: The Eye of the Storm (New!) TFO: Storm Chasers (New!) TFO: Iupiter Irratus TFO: Forged in Fire TFO: Counterpoint Once Captains have obtained 20 daily progress on their account, they can claim the Terran Somerville Scout Ship [T6] After that, the event will still be playable, granting a scaling Dilithium reward that begins at 8,000 Dilithium Ore and scales by 1,000 Dilithium Ore for every day you participate in the event, up to a cap of 50,000 Dilithium Ore per day. Captains will also have the option to purchase their remaining progress in the event with Zen. The price for this buyout will be pro-rated, based on the amount of progress a Captain has completed. Terran Somerville Scout Ship This ship class was commissioned by the Terran Empire to serve a dual purpose as both a forward reconnaissance vessel, and a first-strike hit-and-run vessel. This combination of intended uses has resulted in an agile and aggressive ship that is outfitted with enough utility to handle almost any situation a modern captain may encounter, whether their approach is for the purpose of research, disruption, or destruction. This ship comes with a Lt. Commander Universal / Command Specialist Bridge Officer seat. Ship Stats Tier: 6 Faction: Any Required Rank: Must Complete the Tutorial Hull Modifier: 1.1 Shield Modifier: 1.1 Fore Weapons: 3 Aft Weapons: 3 Device Slots: 2 Bridge Officer Stations: 1x Commander Science, 1x Ensign Universal, 1x Lieutenant Universal, 1x Lt Commander Universal / Command, 1x Lt Commander Universal Consoles: 4 Tactical, 2 Engineering, 5 Science (scales with level) Base Turn Rate: 19 Impulse Modifier: 0.20 Inertia: 75 +5 Weapons Power, +5 Engine Power, +10 Auxiliary Power Console - Universal - Ionic Deflector Inversion Can Equip Dual Cannons Raider Flanking +25% Damage to NPC enemy when attacking rear arc +8.25% Damage to Player enemy when attacking rear arc Subsystem Targeting Sensor Analysis Secondary Deflector Slot Starship Mastery Package (Scout Ship) Precise Weapon Systems (+Weapon Accuracy) Enhanced Particle Generators (+Exotic Damage) Enhanced Weapon Banks (+Weapon Crit Severity) Auxiliary Power Infusers (+Increased Healing) Devious Rerouting (Starship Trait) Admiralty Stats Eng: 25 Sci: 55 Tac: 46 Special: +8 SCI and TAC per TacShip Console – Universal – Ionic Deflector Inversion This technology allows for the controlled inversion of the ship's deflector shields, allowing them to emit ionized radiation in a large field surrounding the ship. Once emitted, specialized electrical charges can be sent along this ionization to attack nearby enemy starships, essentially turning your shields into weapons, albeit temporarily. Although this inversion renders the ship's shield emitters temporarily inoperable for the purpose of defense, the creator of this methodology believed that sometimes the best defense is the utter destruction of any nearby dangers. This console additionally provides a passive bonus to Shield Regeneration and Electrical Damage. This console may be equipped on any ship in any console slot Starship Trait – Devious Rerouting While this trait is slotted, you will automatically gain a significant boost to Maximum Hull Capacity whenever your average Shield Capacity drops below 25%. The amount of Hull Capacity gained will scale with your Starship Exotic Particle Generators skill (up to a max of 500). This effect may only be triggered during combat, and has a lockout period between triggers. .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/d7/af/d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } .share-footer .TI { background-position: 0 20%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .TW { background-position: 0 60%; } .share-footer .FO { background-position: 0 80%; } .FB:hover { background-position: 100% 0%; } .TI:hover { background-position: 100% 20%; } .YT:hover { background-position: 100% 40%; } .TW:hover { background-position: 100% 60%; } .FO:hover { background-position: 100% 80%; } .share-footer a:hover { opacity: 1; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } $(document).ready( function() { $('.show-lightbox').click(function() { var $el = $(this); var link = $el.data().lightbox; $.colorbox({href: link, maxWidth: '90%', maxHeight: '90%', scalePhotos: true}); }); }); .headerimage { border: 2px inset rgba(255, 255, 255, .05); border-radius: 2em; box-shadow: 5px 5px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .3); -webkit-transition: all 500ms ease; -moz-transition: all 500ms ease; -ms-transition: all 500ms ease; -o-transition: all 500ms ease; transition: all 500ms ease; }Quelle: /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11526013-the-emperor%27s-will-event%21

Command the Courier Pilot Raider!
With the release of the Discovery: Unlikely Allies Lock Box alongside Star Trek Online’s next Story Update: Ascension, players will now have access to one of the Courier’s most versatile and agile ship designs – the Courier Pilot Raider [T6]. As seen in Episode 1 of Star Trek Discovery’s 3rd Season, this small-but-menacing vessel was commanded by the unscrupulous Cosmo – a rival from within the organization known only as “Couriers” which we would later learn answered directly to the crime syndicate empire of the Emerald Chain. Courier Pilot Raider [T6] Outrunning, outmaneuvering, and outwitting your pursuers is the name of the game for Couriers of the Emerald Chain. This ship epitomizes the pursuit of those tactics perhaps better than any other in the Couriers' ragtag fleets. Improvements to artificial gravity alongside high-capacity inertial dampers allow this ship to confuse sensors with its constant spiraling motions, without risking damage to any cargo it is hauling. Couriers unable to avoid a confrontation are known to use crowded areas of space to their advantage, such as debris fields, asteroid clusters, or traffic-choked trade lanes, where this ship's ability to zigzag through those tight quarters is sure to give it the advantage. This ship features a Commander Tactical / Pilot Specialist Bridge Officer Seat, and a Lieutenant Universal / Miracle Worker Specialist Bridge Officer Seat. Ship Details: Tier: 6 Faction: Any Required Rank: Must Complete the Tutorial Hull Modifier: 0.9 Shield Modifier: 1.1 Fore Weapons: 5 Aft Weapons: 1 Device Slots: 2 Bridge Officer Stations: 1x Commander Tactical / Pilot, 1x Ensign Universal, 1x Lieutenant Universal / Miracle Worker, 2x Lt Commander Universal Consoles: 5 Tactical, 2 Engineering, 4 Science (scales with level) Base Turn Rate: 19 Impulse Modifier: 0.22 Inertia: 85 +15 Weapon Power, +5 Shield Power Console - Universal - Debris Screen Can Equip Dual Cannons Improved Raider Flanking Pilot Maneuvers Starship Mastery Package (Raider) Precise Weapons Systems (+Accuracy) Tactical Maneuvering (+Defense) Enhanced Weapon Systems (+All Weapon Damage) Enhanced Weapon Banks (+Crit Severity) Special Delivery (Starship Trait) Admiralty Stats Eng: 20 Sci: 42 Tac: 64 Special: +10 SCI per EngShip Console – Universal – Debris Screen Navigating debris-strewn space is not just part of the job for a Courier, but a solid tactic for utilizing their ships' increased maneuverability to their advantage when confrontation cannot be avoided. This specialized shielding technology applies an ablative field in front of the ship specifically designed to negate impacts from such debris, while also manipulating local space in such a way to improve the ship's maneuverability. Also, this shield may be used offensively -- approaching a shielded enemy ship will cause the field to overload and discharge, dealing kinetic damage to their ship based on the debris screen's capacity. This console also provides a passive boost to Plasma Energy Weapon Damage, and Physical and Kinetic Damage Resistance Rating (scales with Throttle above 50%). This console can be equipped on any starship. Only one of these consoles may be equipped at a time, but it may be equipped in any console slot. Tooltip: Immune to Physical and Kinetic Damage from Forward 90' Arc for 30 sec or until ((5x Shield Capacity)) Damage Prevented. +200% Flight Speed and Turn Rate. Ram into Foe to deal Kinetic Damage equal to Max Capacity of Immunity Shield Strength (Ignores Shields), but Removes remaining Immunity Shield. Starship Trait – Special Delivery Activating any Pilot Bridge Officer Ability, or using a Pilot Maneuver, will release a series of Photon Mines behind your ship. This may not trigger more than once every 2 seconds. Additionally, activating a Pilot Maneuver will reduce the remaining cooldowns on all Pilot Bridge Officer Abilities. Tooltip: Activating a Pilot Maneuver grants 20% Cooldown Reduction for Pilot Bridge Officer Abilities Activation a Pilot Bridge Officer Ability, or a Pilot Maneuver, creates 3x Photon Mines: Moderate Kinetic Damage (20% Shield Penetration) per mine Experimental Weapon: Rotor Rockets The unique spinning motion of these rockets is caused by a small shield-disruption device nicknamed the "graviton driller" which is fitted within each projectile. This experimental technology allows them to slip past the shields of most starships, but significantly reduces the yield of each projectile, and makes their guidance path a bit erratic. To compensate for the reduced yield, this launcher is equipped to fire multiple projectiles at a time. (Note: Does not trigger from Attack Pattern: Lambda or Reroute Reserves to Weapons due to technical limitations.) The Discovery: Uneasy Allies Lock Box!
The core ideals of Starfleet are timeless. The Scientific Method and the pursuit of truth are almost identical, and the ingredients of a Starfleet Officer exist in every lifeform able to master space travel. Even in a distant future where the Federation has degenerated into a rump state barely able to patrol its own space, these principles are unreduced. Approaching the unknown with open arms is the right and duty of all sentience, and even should every last outpost fall, the Federation can be confident its best days are always to come. It is an idea that emerges from the pursuit of science and security, and even species who never encounter each other converge around the principles at the heart of Starfleet, ready to become fast friends and unlikely allies. Star Trek was born in the cold war of a dream of a unified future, but it could just has easily have emerged in different times, among different people facing different crises. Wherever the cooperation of sentient beings gets more done than they would alone, wherever they value life, freedom and truth, the premise of Star Trek is there. As the scientific method builds a body of scientific truth, open hearts and open minds working in concert build a body of historical and personal truth: we can do more, be more, together. The Lobi Consortium proudly endorses the idea of rational self-interested actors, consistent barter mechanisms across cultural boundaries, and of course conspiracies of convenience. The idea that pursuit of science gently guides societies toward cooperation is very pretty, and if you'd like to buy a memento of this hope you've come to the right place! The suggestion that greater education and personal empowerment naturally corrode market systems is not endorsed by the Lobi Consortium, do not exculpate such concepts on Lobi Consortium grounds. The Lobi Consortium considers the Federation to be a form of labor union and membership is forbidden to Consortium employees. Captains opening the Discovery: Unlikely Allies Lock Box may find themselves fortunate enough to win the Courier Pilot Raider [T6]. Outrunning, outmaneuvering, and outwitting your pursuers is the name of the game for Couriers of the Emerald Chain. This ship epitomizes the pursuit of those tactics, perhaps better than any other in the Couriers' ragtag fleets. (Additional information on the above starship will be contained in a separate Developer Blog.) Unlikely Allies Environmental Suit – Max Rated Environmental Suit (32c) This Environmental Suit offers balanced protection, with an emphasis on preventing environmental hazards. The Environmental Suit can be activated, disabling the safeties, and putting it into a test mode; it deploys a randomized hazard typically used for calibration, but in this case modified to be created by Foes. The Hazard deals Damage over time, slows Foes, and has an extra effect based on what type of Damage it deals. An unorthodox use of equipment, but effective. Unlikely Allies Universal Console – Micro Dark Matter Anomaly Disastrous natural forces often become useful tools when constrained in scope and handled safely… or, regrettably, weapons. The Micro Dark Matter Anomaly Universal Console projects a Micro Dark Matter Anomaly toward the target. This anomaly will follow the target ship until in range, then seek other ships, repeating until all ships are trapped within it or the duration expires. Ships become caught in gravitational eddies around the anomaly, causing them significant Kinetic damage and dragging them along wiht the Anomaly. Trace amounts of boronite are siphoned from the area, providing power to ship subsystems while foes are within the anomaly. Lastly, the anomaly projector provides bonuses to Max Subsystem Power, Exotic Particle Generation, and Hull Repair Rating. Unlikely Allies Starship Trait – Sentient Starship While Starfleet does not attempt to engineer sentient machines, it strives to accommodate and treat well unusual forms of life it encounters. This extends to the occasional starship which achieves sentience. The Starship Trait – Sentient Starship brings a number of self-preservation and learning benefits to the vessel. Activating a Hull Heal when the Hull is below 90% capacity improves Hull Heals until you leave the current map, stacking up to 20 times. Activating a Shield Heal when a Shield facing is below 90% capacity improves Shield Heals until you leave the current map, stacking up to 10 times, and auto-redistributes shield facings for several seconds. Unlikely Allies Weapons – Courier Antiproton Ground Weapons The Discovery: Unlikely Allies Lock Box also has new Ground weapons inside the Courier Weapon Pack. Courier ground armaments have an unusual form factor and boast even more devastating Critical hits than standard Antiproton weapons. This improved effectiveness lasts a moderate duration and activates rarely on attack or when it Exploits an Exposed Foe. Rarely, weapon packs contain the Courier Pilot Raider Vanity Shield, providing the aesthetics of the Courier Pilot Raider to a ship that equips it in its vanity shield slot. Unlikely Allies Kit Module – Universal Kit Module – Bladebeetle Swarm Deploys a series of Bladebeetle Mines, engineered lifeforms with very short, volatile lifespans. They march toward the nearest Foe, pausing occasionally to fire devastating saws that pierce through Foes in a line. The Saws deal Kinetic Damage and reduce Foes' Kinetic Damage Resistance Rating. Once contact is made, the beetles detonate, dealing significant Kinetic Damage to nearby Foes. Unlikely Allies Duty Officers New relationships and contacts offer the possibility of new strengths to Captains willing to trust unlikely allies. One of these provides unique bonuses on Ground Active Duty, the other two on Space Active Duty. Sister of the Qowat Milat – When your cause is hopeless, she may pledge herself to your cause and provide aid, taunting foes, reviving downed Bridge Officers, and damaging enemies. Foreign Specialist – Foes at times trust their technology more than they should. Using an Engineering Bridge Officer ability targeted on a Foe has a chance to remove a Buff from that Foe. Meddlesome Politician – A heartfelt plea can sometimes inspire hesitation in enemy vessels. Using a Science Bridge Officer ability targeted on a Foe reduces incoming Hull Heals to that Foe, and the next few times that vessel receives Hull Healing, your ship’s Hull is also Healed. Six new Captain’s Traits are also available within the Unlikely Allies Lock Box. They are universal and available to all species. Space: Rogue Scientist Aboard Periodically activates a random ability from among Attack Pattern Omega I, Photon Torpedo Spread I, and Emergency Power to Shields I. Note that this is not the firing mode, this is the attack itself – even if the ship doesn’t have photon torpedoes equipped. Space: Independent Wingmate The first Hangar Pet launched receives massive bonuses to survivability and damage. If it is destroyed, the bonus will be re-applied to the next Hangar Pet launched. Space: Against All Odds Increased Hull Healing on targets who are low on Hull. Ground: Meditative Calm Increases expose chance. Ground: Absolute Candor Increased exploit damage, negates the first CC attempt on you. Ground: Accept No Sacrifice Increased Healing on targets who are low on Health. There are many other prizes within the Discovery: Unlikely Allies Lock Box for players to acquire, such as the Courier Pilot Raider Vanity Shield, R&D Packs, Boosts, and other assorted items. The Lobi Store also has a new item available for purchase: Qowat Milat Sword: This blade and the training accompanying it turn the character into a deadly melee combatant. The primary attack is a randomized combo involving most normal sword styles of attack combined into one button; defeating a Foe with this attack applies Stealth for a few seconds. The secondary attack is a conical area damaging slash; defeating a Foe with this attack allows it to be reactivated to deliver a devastating 360 degree slash to nearby Foes. The tertiary ability, Pledge, targets an ally; the wielder charges to the aid of the ally, Stealthing them briefly, gaining a large bonus to Dodge for the wielder, and providing a modest Heal to the ally, Reviving them if necessary. NOTE: This announcement contains spoilers for the upcoming episode Eye of the Storm. If you wish to be surprised in the episode, it is best to not read any further. The Other, along with the Terran Emperor, is en route to Earth and will be there soon. However, Ilia has provided the Alliance with an option – a small assault into the Other to slow down its transit. As the Other is still resisting the Emperor, this may be the only chance for such an assault before the combined entities can strengthen its defenses. Completely stopping the Other is not an option at this juncture. With our new season Ascension, team up with other captains, enter the Other, and work with Ilia to slow down its approach in “Storm Chasers,” a brand new Task Force Operation coming soon to Star Trek Online on PC, and a little bit later on Xbox and Playstation. .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(https://pwimages-a.akamaihd.net/arc/d7/af/d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } .share-footer .TI { background-position: 0 20%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .YT { background-position: 0 40%; } .share-footer .TW { background-position: 0 60%; } .share-footer .FO { background-position: 0 80%; } .FB:hover { background-position: 100% 0%; } .TI:hover { background-position: 100% 20%; } .YT:hover { background-position: 100% 40%; } .TW:hover { background-position: 100% 60%; } .FO:hover { background-position: 100% 80%; } .share-footer a:hover { opacity: 1; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition: opacity .3s; } $(document).ready( function() { $('.show-lightbox').click(function() { var $el = $(this); var link = $el.data().lightbox; $.colorbox({href: link, maxWidth: '90%', maxHeight: '90%', scalePhotos: true}); }); }); .headerimage { border: 2px inset rgba(255, 255, 255, .05); border-radius: 2em; box-shadow: 5px 5px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .3); -webkit-transition: all 500ms ease; -moz-transition: all 500ms ease; -ms-transition: all 500ms ease; -o-transition: all 500ms ease; transition: all 500ms ease; }Quelle: /en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11525773-new-tfo%3A-storm-chasers
